Say it once
يَقْرَأُ ﴿الم﴾ تَنْزِيلَ السَّجْدَةِ، وَتَبَارَكَ الَّذي بِيَدِهِ الْمُلْكُ
The Prophet ﷺ never used to sleep until he had recited Surat as-Sajdah (chapter 32) and Surat al-Mulk (chapter 67).
