Say it 10 times

La ilaha illal-lah, wahdahu la shareeka lah, lahul-mulku walahul-hamd, wahuwa ʿala kulli shay-in qadeer.

None has the right to be worshipped except Allah, alone, without partner, to Him belongs all sovereignty and praise, and He is over all things omnipotent.

Ten times (al-Bukhari), or once (Abu Dawud).

Its virtue

Said once in the morning, it brings the reward of freeing a person from the descendants of Isma'il: ten good deeds are written, ten sins are wiped away, the person is raised ten degrees and protected from Satan until evening. Said in the evening, the same until morning (Sunan Abi Dawud 5077).
