Yunus 10:100
Ayah 100 of 109
وَمَا كَانَ لِنَفۡسٍ أَن تُؤۡمِنَ إِلَّا بِإِذۡنِ ٱللَّهِۚ وَيَجۡعَلُ ٱلرِّجۡسَ عَلَى ٱلَّذِينَ لَا يَعۡقِلُونَ
And it is not for a soul to believe except by permission of Allah, and He will place defilement upon those who will not use reason
Transliteration
Wama kana linafsin an tumina illa biithni Allahi wayajʿalu alrrijsa ʿala allatheena la yaʿqiloona
