Yunus 10:96
Ayah 96 of 109
إِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ حَقَّتۡ عَلَيۡهِمۡ كَلِمَتُ رَبِّكَ لَا يُؤۡمِنُونَ
Indeed, those upon whom the word of your Lord has come into effect will not believe

Inna allatheena haqqat ʿalayhim kalimatu rabbika la yuminoona
