Al-Furqan 25:51
Ayah 51 of 77
وَلَوۡ شِئۡنَا لَبَعَثۡنَا فِي كُلِّ قَرۡيَةٖ نَّذِيرٗا
And if We had willed, We could have sent into every city a warner

Walaw shina labaʿathna fee kulli qaryatin natheeran
