Ya-Sin 36:7

لَقَدۡ حَقَّ ٱلۡقَوۡلُ عَلَىٰٓ أَكۡثَرِهِمۡ فَهُمۡ لَا يُؤۡمِنُونَ
Already the word has come into effect upon most of them, so they do not believe

Laqad haqqa alqawlu ʿala aktharihim fahum la yuminoona
