Ghafir 40:71
Ayah 71 of 85
إِذِ ٱلۡأَغۡلَٰلُ فِيٓ أَعۡنَٰقِهِمۡ وَٱلسَّلَٰسِلُ يُسۡحَبُونَ
When the shackles are around their necks and the chains; they will be dragged

Ithi alaghlalu fee aʿnaqihim waalssalasilu yushaboona
