Al-Qamar 54:5

حِكۡمَةُۢ بَٰلِغَةٞۖ فَمَا تُغۡنِ ٱلنُّذُرُ
Extensive wisdom - but warning does not avail [them]

Hikmatun balighatun fama tughnee alnnuthuru
