Al-Qamar 54:53
Ayah 53 of 55
وَكُلُّ صَغِيرٖ وَكَبِيرٖ مُّسۡتَطَرٌ
And every small and great [thing] is inscribed

Wakullu sagheerin wakabeerin mustatarun
