فِي مَقۡعَدِ صِدۡقٍ عِندَ مَلِيكٖ مُّقۡتَدِرِۭ
In a seat of honor near a Sovereign, Perfect in Ability

Fee maqʿadi sidqin ʿinda maleekin muqtadirin
