Surah As-Saf
As-Saf 61:3

كَبُرَ مَقۡتًا عِندَ ٱللَّهِ أَن تَقُولُواْ مَا لَا تَفۡعَلُونَ
Great is hatred in the sight of Allah that you say what you do not do
Transliteration
Kabura maqtan ʿinda Allahi an taqooloo ma la tafʿaloona
