Al-Muzzammil 73:4

أَوۡ زِدۡ عَلَيۡهِ وَرَتِّلِ ٱلۡقُرۡءَانَ تَرۡتِيلًا
Or add to it, and recite the Qur'an with measured recitation

Aw zid ʿalayhi warattili alqurana tarteelan
