Surah Al-Qiyamah
Al-Qiyamah 75:38
Ayah 38 of 40
ثُمَّ كَانَ عَلَقَةٗ فَخَلَقَ فَسَوَّىٰ
Then he was a clinging clot, and [Allah] created [his form] and proportioned [him]

Thumma kana ʿalaqatan fakhalaqa fasawwa
