Al-Anfal 8:68
Ayah 68 of 75
لَّوۡلَا كِتَٰبٞ مِّنَ ٱللَّهِ سَبَقَ لَمَسَّكُمۡ فِيمَآ أَخَذۡتُمۡ عَذَابٌ عَظِيمٞ
If not for a decree from Allah that preceded, you would have been touched for what you took by a great punishment
Transliteration
Lawla kitabun mina Allahi sabaqa lamassakum feema akhathtum ʿathabun ʿatheemun
