Al-Fajr 89:5

هَلۡ فِي ذَٰلِكَ قَسَمٞ لِّذِي حِجۡرٍ
Is there [not] in [all] that an oath [sufficient] for one of perception

Hal fee thalika qasamun lithee hijrin
