Childhood, A Noble Orphan
570 to 582 CE
His mother Aminah passed away when he was six years old. His grandfather Abdul Muttalib took care of him and loved him very much. When his grandfather passed away too, his uncle Abu Talib raised him. Even though he was an orphan, the Prophet ﷺ grew up strong and kind.
The lesson
Being kind to orphans and those who have lost family is very important in Islam.

"Did He not find you an orphan and give [you] refuge?"
