Isra and Mi'raj, The Night Journey

620 CE

Allah took His Prophet ﷺ on a miraculous night journey from the Holy Mosque in Makkah to Al-Aqsa Mosque in Jerusalem. Then he ascended through the heavens, where he met other prophets and the five daily prayers were given to us. This amazing journey was a gift from Allah to comfort the Prophet ﷺ after his sadness.
