Year of Sorrow, Death of Khadijah and Abu Talib
619 CE
In this sad year, Khadijah (may Allah be pleased with her) passed away, his beloved wife and the first person to believe in him. His uncle Abu Talib, who always protected him, also passed away. The Prophet ﷺ was very sad, but he put his trust in Allah.
The lesson
It is okay to feel sad. Even the Prophet ﷺ cried. Trust in Allah during hard times.
